Operating from it's base in Cheshire, CamAg is a distributor of Agricultural Machinery and associated products.
At the centre of the company's offering is the CamAg brand which is now recognised as providing premium products and aftersales support from manufacturers with the same ethos as CamAg.

 
Our aims

Extensive experience gained in the agricultural industry along with the long standing relationships with manufacturers, farmers and contractors ensures we can share our depth of this accumulated knowledge to give you the very best quality service and advice whatever your requirements.

We are continually working to keep our prices competitive across all the products we offer and aim to to be transparent in all areas of our business. We do charge for delivery and do not hide delivery costs in the price of the goods.  This enables you to clearly see how much you are paying for the items giving you the ability to compare our prices. 


Delivery charges (United Kingdom)

Small items - Parts

Delivery charges for parts are calculated on a matrix scale that accounts for the weight, value and volumetric size.
The minimum charge is £5.95 for the standard 2-3 day service and additional carriage charges are shown below.

The courier will require the goods to be signed for as proof of delivery.  If there is no one to sign for them, please include delivery instructions in the Optional Notes Box on the Customer Order page.

Large items - Wholegoods
 
Due to the size and nature of the machinery we sell, delivery charges are calculated on an individual basis which takes into account the size, weight and to which part of the country they are to be delivered. Please inform us of the postcode of the delivery address and if you have suitable unloading facitilities.

(Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of the UK can take slightly longer due to the location, transport links and weather conditions affecting transport or ferry crossings)

Returns

If on delivery the goods you ordered are damaged or faulty you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund which will include the cost of returning the goods, we must be notified by email no later than 10 working days from receipt of the goods.

If you want to return an item that you have incorrectly ordered you can return it to us for a refund or a replacement and you will be responsible for the carriage charges to return it. We must be notified by email no later than 10 working days from receipt of the goods.

You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must not have been used and still be in their original packaging.
